Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn is an American actor from the United States. Her most well-known character was that of Skyler in the drama series of AMC, Breaking Bad. She won Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Performance in Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Her other appearances are Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell attracted to acting during the Preparatory stage before moving with her family to Ohio. She studied theatre at Northwestern University and spent a year studying at the British American Drama Academy. Anna was a part of a couple of seasons in Chicago theatre before moving on to TV and film roles. Anna got her big break in 1992 when she appeared as Arden for the duration of 29 episodes on Down the Shore. Anna continued to be an actor in handful of TV shows and films including Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue until the late 1990's, when she was cast in a regular role as Jean Ward in The Practice. She starred as Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons throughout the decade of 2000. Skyler was the character she played in her Breaking Bad role from 2008. She also starred in the Deadwood film as well as Sully. Gunn is also a part of the stages in David Schwimmer's show Sex With Strangers. In 2022 the actress also starred in a four-part audio-play podcast titled"Numbered Days.. The story of Breaking Bad is determined by the love story that exists between Walter White, his wife Skyler and their strained relationship. The decline of their relationship is akin to Walter White's dying days.
